I'm not so sure that's a fair expectation, at least not right off. On average, cable TV is 40$/month, "high-speed" cable internet is $40/month, video/dvd rental/purchases average around $20/month, regular phone w/o long distance $20/month. So around $120/month would be a fair starting point if the FTTH only provided equivalent services. Or were you talking about just a data connection?
