**Both companies products are gonna get sucked onchip.

**Where's the benefit to Intels topline or bottom line here.

** They buy young companies before the product has really hit. Occasionally they buy and basically shut it down - just taking a potential competitor out. Cisco has a fast growing market and they have done very well.

I think these 3 statements say it all. Intel is too late and CSCO is always early.
