Ok you win - somehow in your version of '60's hell no one can mention the word race. Your like an inverted KKK on this. Race is more a sociallogical construct than a genetic one. It's an artificial construct not unlike the artificial ME national boundaries set up by the Brits. It doesn't have sufficient utility IMO to compensate for the problems it causes. We can accomplish what you want by referring to tribe or ethnicity. These are familial groupings that may have unique genetic markers. Putting people into a half dozen huge and imprecise big boxes that we realign periodically for political purposes isn't really helpful for medical purposes.
