I have not followed this discussion in detail, but I wonder if Etec's fiscal year has caused some confusion on timing. I heard that their fiscal year is July. If the anxiety is based on first 6 mos of FY 99 and not CY99, then the market timing moves in 6 mos. With market looking to earnings 6-12 mos out, then this summer/fall could be the upturn. TI2
