I've been involved in my fair share of PC business discussions. I am no cherry. Twisting the arm of a supplier, or having my arm twisted for a better deal is fair game. The playing field is not always level. That is just a fact of life.

Using financial leverage to twist the arms of shareholders is a different matter. The law frowns on that activity.

HWP and CPQ are both dead in the water for the next couple of years no matter what WW does. WW is just an excuse at this point.
