Kash, As far as cisco. They buy young companies before the product has really hit. Occasionally they buy and basically shut it down - just taking a potential competitor out. Cisco has a fast growing market and they have done very well. It's also a headhunting strategy. Great way to acquire top talent. Not just individual people, but whole teams. Joe
