In view of the fact that AMD is unable to sell all the processors they produce, they are much more likely to have their oversupply spill over to the retail market such as pricewatch. It seems to me that you want to set up a contest whereby AMD is favored to win by their lack of buyers and then declare yourself to be fair. It doesn't seem to matter to you if systems are selling with GHz processors, you really want to find out who has excess GHz processors they can't sell. Not much of a contest in my view.
