If you shut down American deep water drilling for seven years and lend billions to a foreign oil corporation for their deep water oil drilling is that good for investors in that foreign oil corporation?
Then it just so happens that a large investor in the foreign oil corporation is a frequent visitor to the Chicago Politicians' white house.
