Initiating Coverage With a 3-Neutral lehman.com We are initiating coverage of Integrated Device Technology with a 3-Neutral rating. We expect operating losses to continue for several quarters which likely will result in financial estimates and stock price targets that have little meaning. Excess production capacity remains a significant problem. About 70% of the company's revenues (memory products) are experiencing substantial price pressure.
