Everyone is calculating the premium...I believe HWP is backing up to be on par with CPQ @ .6325 shares, not CPQ rising to be on par with HWP...doesn't anyone else see this??? I have thought this all along... Robbie P.S. I still think CPQ should have bought LXK and not merged with HWP...now I hear DELL is announcing that they will bundle LKX printers with their computers. Another case of inept CPQ management dropping the ball.
