To pay $19.00 for the Internet Service Provider (ISP), you can only have a 28.8b modem connection. Yes you can sub lease your connection to your friend if you have an Internet server at your home. But the speed will be very slow because every one on your net will share the 28.8b modem to your service provider.

If you want to be a small Internet Service Provider, you can talk to the major IPS to provide you with an ISDN, or T1 connection. This is a more efficient way.

Actually, this is a very good idea for people who want to do Web services to the small business community.
