in 1998, PNAC sent a letter - co-signed by 18 members, including the unholy trinity of Cheney, Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz - to President Bill Clinton, urging him to invade Iraq, arguing that if we allow Hussein to stay in power, "a significant portion of the world's supply of oil will all be put at hazard."
