No publicly traded company would ever do anything that violated standard accounting practices or SEC reporting guidelines. Would all of you quit trying to find fault, someone might believe you. One analyst publicly admitted he goes to theses threads for info first when the Pairgain mess was happening about 2 weeks ago.
