Paul, Didn't someone have a few hundred thousand shares (or maybe a million) that were to become unrestricted on Sept. the 30th? Or was it Oct. the 30th? In either case, wouldn't this spin off be a real bummer? To wait a year for restricted stock to become free trading just to have it restricted again? <gg> If you or David knows about this, please post. Happy (free) trading! KZAP
