You are right that it's not WRS' role to judge if VxWorks should be used by someone or not. But if WRS has to spend resources in developing and promoting a solution, this solution better be used in products that have good futures. In fact, with every solution level product, WRS had first investigated in the viability the products using WRS' solution. What I was trying to say was that WRS had been too optimistic in their judgement on some of the markets served by their solution level products.

There is little that we can argue over this topic. It's an opinion. I could be wrong. Digital Photo Frame may be one of the hottest gift this Christmas.
