I see this as encouraging and all, but doesn't a news release from NAVR themselves take precedence over a business journal article? SEVERAL WEEKS vs ANY DAY NOW? Since I don't own any NAVR I am seeing this objectively - I think. NOT a hit and run - basher - or whatever - just being objective -- it MAY be several weeks or it may be tomorrow -- but there are no assurances that it will be this month - that's all I'm saying. vb
