Timothy, I posted an answer to you earlier on this, and got to thinking...I believe this Raging Bull post #2970 by Scooby is pure bullshit, and isn't worth too much attention on our part...I don't believe NAVR management or the IR department ever made such statements, and as soon as I post an answer to RetireSoon, who is of the same opinion as me, that is the last time I am going to mention this farce...
