I't sure is silent on this board, I guess we are all waiting for the same thing. Two weeks ago ITKG said form 10 (probably) by the end of month. Today, a phone call to investor relations revealed the form 10 completed, done and ready to go, but not yet filed.
Personally, I could wait another period of time for the return I'm anticipating from this investment. In my mind, I know as this train pulls out it will uptrend. The May 10 magazine article was big. But, I have to admit, the week by week linger is irksome. I would be much better off if I knew for sure that what ever news was forthcoming was given when it was noted to be. To say maybe in a week or three weeks or by the end of, and then not happen, is not good!! If you need until September or October then fine, I'll come back in Sept. or Oct. If things are not going the way planned then fine. If things are not going as well as thought that is okay also. But, to delay after an anticipated feeding, is not valid.
Have I ticked anybody off yet. Oh, I hope so! At least enough to get some conversation.
In early January I first bought in and twice since then on dips. I've completed my position. If I hadn't, the current price would seduce another spot.
