I already voted "yes" last night. Seriously, I see two possibilities here. I look at non-tech and I see a correction that looks very nearly complete to me, so my preference is for it to slide today. I look at tech and I see a more complex correction and that makes me think it will spend the day jello-ing about. So, I give a very slight edge to down.
