Dan, if you go back to my post: Message 9086418 it should become clear that the $14.9 million was a separate one-time gain from an asset sale that Perlagos indicated in the PR "benefitted" ATML. This number does not show up anywhere on the P&L as a separate line item and I concluded (hopefully incorrectly, but I don't think so) that this was buried in top line revenues. As I mentioned, I think it smells poorly. It taints the $0.17 figure, notwithstanding others' indifference to it. The PR paints a good story going forward. I don't know why management would want to play transparent games. jmo Regards. Liacos_samui
