If one uses the PNAC as the yardstick, then must I agree. However, the "Clash of Civilizations" is not exclusively a Zionist concept. Brezezinski and Huntington, both of whom popularized the idea before the PNAC came about, were not Zionists but US imperialists. I would thus argue that Zionism may have been the trigger for 9/11 and the wars that followed but it was not the only motive. Oil and US geopolitical strategy were equally important.
