Armin- They question you raised is one that none of us have gotten an answer to. I was expecting (speculating) that there would be a terminal dividend, reflective of any remaining net assets. Steve- at one point you had e-mail correspondence with someone- I believe from Telebras- do you still have the e-mail address? I can contact them on this issue. Tony
