The $60 price target is based on 1999 earnings estimate, with a PE of
40.

The $40 target was derived by using a PE of 26 on year 2000 earnings of
$2.97 per share and figuring in a discount rate of 38%.

Hope this helps. I don't have at hand how much of the company is held
by insiders. I will see what I can find out and if I do I will let you
know.
