Robert: It seems that this company is in to similar things as Analytical Surveys (ANLT) is. If I am right ANLT is carrying a forward PE of 47 while NGPSF is at only a 14 forward PE. Much better value here if the two are comparable. NGPSF is growing faster than ANLT according to IBD. Even at a forward PE of half that of ANLT,23, makes a price of 16 1/2 for NGPSF.
