Alan, thanks for your reply, I found your information interesting. Supportive of your "Be Careful" is the nonsense that Sam got from JAVA management about news coming out that didn't and maybe there wouldn't be a reverse split. Only later did we learn that shareholders had already approved the split and increased share authorization. However, that's what I would expect from a $0.06 stock where the company is clearly in trouble. You are absolutely correct that we need to find out more about Tri-Star and the deal to draw conclusions. I was just doing a little speculation. Dangerous? <VBG>
