I think the recent actions of the DOJ might be the first step toward resisting such a takeover.

Although it sounds ridiculous, I don't think I'm going overboard to suggest that Gates won't stop until his picture is on the $100 bill. However, I don't think they will continue to refer to them as dollars - I think "MS Bucks 98" is much more catchy. See, the problem with US currency right now is that it doesn't cost anything to upgrade, and all US currency is compatible with other US currency. Gates could change this and use it to generate profit if he were in control of the Treasury.

Some people reading this think I'm just being silly. I WISH I were only joking.
