While DNET is certainly doing what it can to get to the NASDAQ, th change in the ticker is not a preamble to that. They aren't changing symbols willingly, they are changing symbols because another company wanted the DNET symbol to use on NASDAQ. OTCBB companies have no rights to their symbols; if someone wants to use an existing OTCBB symbol on NASDAQ, the OTCBB company has to change. That's all that happened here.

Having said that, there are enough people on the message boards who seem to have misread the newsrelease (which wasn't particularly clear), that maybe that IS the cause of the move. But I doubt it.
