Steve, that's a great idea! There is a wonderful restaurant in Birmingham, AL that did this very thing several years ago. The name is "John's" (I think it is still the same). They gained fame over their famous coleslaw because it contained their secret dressing. At first, they only sold the dressing to customers in the restaurant who specifically asked for it. Later, it began showing up in grocery stores. I also have had several friends who sold their own BBQ sauces to dill pickles. I'll try to track them down for info. Good luck!! Sheila (Lamar's wife)
