I never have liked owning a company that depended a big percentage of their sales to one or two customers.

Agree, no one likes that. Ideally, one would like to see their percentage of sales to a big customer reduced because they are picking up many new customers, NOT by losing the big customer.

If this is true, there is no positive way to spin this.
