MAJOR NEWS from PQL I'm happy to report that I've just come across the DEFINITIVE 14A filing for SMKT/TXP - which finally (sigh of relief?) shows us this merger is nearing it's completion. secfilings.nasdaq.com 2D06%2D004773%2Etxt&FilePath=%5C2006%5C02%5C09% 5C&CoName=STOCK+MARKET+SOLUTIONS+INC&FormType=DEF+14A&RcvdDate=2%2F9% 2F2006&pdf= Because of this filing, the company can now solicit the proxy votes needed to approve the merger (it will be overwhelmingly approved), and close the books on this very long merger process. It's been a long road, but it appears we will finally soon own Texas Prototypes stock and be part of their amazing growth story.
