John,

I was talking over to grifffen today, and one of the key
points that came up is that Actrade needs some strategic
relationship will a larger institution. I am a bit concerned
about this. I think Actrade has kept things quit and should
continue to do this. I do not believe that the tad program
is so hard to be put into place that it could not be repoduced.
A vast network of finacial brokers, can have adverse competition
pressure. Financial brokers may have some problems with tad's
because it takes a buyer and a seller, the case in point with
John Viberg and the problems that he has run into. Relax mitch,
One could make the point that since Actrade is in constuction, graphics
that banks would just srug this whole idea of tad's off.
Lets get this deal happening John, I wan't it executed
and I would like a better of an idea of whats going on with
the market makers. Larry Rubenstein over at fon (sp) says he see's
some shares coming back at him.

Lets get this trade done before the christmas!
or I am going to have to wait.

All the best

J.C
