Humbly report, ztect, I re-read the PINC statement on Dwight Romanica
contained in the post to which I am responding, and realized that it
does not state when Mr. Romanica left Canmax.

At the very least he was still a shareholder in 1994:

6. Advances from shareholders

During 1994, Dwight Romanica advanced the Company $300,000. The advance
was unsecured and the Company paid interest of $24,000. Half of the
advance ($150,000) was repaid by February 28, 1995 and $150,000 was
exchanged for 30,000 common shares.

So, while you're asking PINC the other questions about him, can you
please have them tell us if/when he left his position at Canmax,
what that postition was/is, and if he still has a relationship with them at this time, what it is?

Thanks.

Cheers,

Svejk
