For those that would be interested, I tracked down and mailed the editors at Reuter's the following comments on David Chance's article.

I am writing this article to express my sentiment that the quality of Reuter's information is being biased by personal opinion and not fact.

The David Chance article yesterday on AIPN materially affected the stock price of the company. I am left with the question, why was the article written? It offered no useful information, beyond what was already known.

Starting a financial article off with a line like the following:

"Cash-poor and victim of skepticism over past disappointments, American International Petroleum Corp faces an uphill struggle ..."

Is not news, and is biased by personal opinion. I question Mr. Chance's credibility. I have read through a number of previous articles by him, and they paint very friendly pictures of Texaco and Shell. I question the credibility of Reuter's news service for publishing personally biased financial news articles that materially affect a companies stock.

I have lost respect for Reuters news media in that they would hire and provide publishing opportunity to an individual such as David Chance.

I will eye any report from Reuter's with skepticism in the future. I will discount any information coming from David Chance as without merit or credibility.

Regards,

Kyle Lussier
