You are not a moderate-conservative. You are pretending to be moderate. We Kerry democrats get along fine with moderate conservatives. I am personally a fan of Chuck Hagel, Bill Weld, the two Main senators and sometimes Arlen Specter. And John Kerry gets along with all those people very well.

It is a damn tragedy the GOP skewed so far to the right. I agree with Gerald Ford on this. But you don't. At least you have never denounced of the far right. Instead, you have actively supported the radical far rightwing campaigns of Bush-Cheney, the corruption of Tom Delay, the lies of the smearvets, and the theft of the of our democracy by Karl Rove.

It's time for all Republicans who've been brainwashed, hoodwinked and seduced by the neocon Bushie movement to denounce those bastards, apologize to those they've hurt and lied about, and to come home to create a new more honest GOP based more around the principles of Barry Goldwater and Gerald Ford than Dick Cheney, Tom Delay and Karl Rove. Those men are political criminals and extremists, and if you support them there is nothing remotely "moderate" about you.

If this can happen for the GOP, it will be a very positive movement. Then we can all work together, trust each other and get along again. But you on the far right started it. It started with Whitewater then accelerated, dishonesty breeding more dishonesty and the belief that cheaters and liars can win. And they did. Three times. But never again.
