I think even Canadians could figure out an economic way to mine the large, open pit, 100's of millions of tonnes grading 4+ gpt PGM's+AU Bushveld PGM mines that Amplats and Implats etc., currently mine.

You are undoubtedly right about the thin horizon, higher grade horizontal reef PGM mines that employ poor Africans to wiggle through and drill in small crevices and hope the roof doesn't cave in on them or behind them before they can crawl back out of the crevice,...but then again when you look at some of those robots from the "Robot wars" on tv,...maybe that "hypno disk" could do the job (ggggggggggggg)
