Whether they deserve it or not, at least the shorts are getting an opportunity to cover below 40. It also gives anyone that might have had near-term doubts about WCII and exited, a chance to get back in under 40. No matter what happens today, the long-term prospects for WCII got a whole lot stronger yesterday (IMO).
