Haha. Count me in.

I live on 20 acres in Hawaii with a small but nice home. Payment is $1,300...all because of huge equity. If I had to buy it with even 20% down my payment would quadruple.

My daughter is renting a 1 Bd condo in Santa Monica for $1,200.

If i was starting out now....well, it just wouldn't be that easy.
