What make you think that NYSE investors are any different than NASDAQ investors??? Are AMEX investors different too? When you look at the overall P/E ratios on the New York vs. the NASDAQ, yes the P/E's are lower, but so are the anticipated growth rates. The New York tends to have more established slow growing/Stagnant companies. Listing requirements are more stringent, consequently it is easier for start up new fast growing companies to be publicly traded on the nasdaq. By moving to the New York, I believe it gives IOMG the credibility of meeting the more stringent listing requirements. With all the bad press on the NASDAQ as of late, this should help boost the valuation not reduce it. If the people running this company and sitting on the board of directors are major sharholders and are compensated partially if not primarily based on the appreciation of the stock, why would they move to the New York, if they thought it would put pressure on the price and thus hurt their own personal net worth?

Just a thought
