Swiss my friend - I know based on some things we agreed on in the past, we agreed to disagree on this, but I at least had to speak out once since you continue to talk about this market losing commentary.

First - I thought you yourself said you were out of the market, and into real estate - so how "can you go back to making money" in the market if you aren't in it

Second - While I know you may feel that in the future, the market may not react well to Bush (and obviously we won't know that until history plays itself out) - you can't be serious about the market tanking now because of Bush. Even the liberal media has shown clearly that since election day, when Gore has spoken or had some favorable ruling, the market fell, and when Bush spoke or had a favorable ruling, the market rose. The charts don't lie on this. So we can debate what will happen going forward over 4 years, but please don't play loose with the facts now as it hurts your argument.

Third - If you think Slick Willie and the Sore Loserman should get credit for the last 8 years market - I think you are sadly mistaken. The bull market was due to two factors. Mr Greenspan and the economic and tax policies put in place by Clinton's predecessors. Unfortunately, whoever comes in now will have to deal with the likely recession the Clinton/gore years have led up to.

So, if you want to predict Bush's effect on the market for the next 4 years - fine - but don't play loose with the facts on the last 4 weeks.

Thanks and best wishes
