About four companies are making VOD servers. Two are public. SeaChange(SEAC) and Concurrent Computer(CCUR).
The other two private companies are Diva and nCube.
Diva(DVTV) has been trying to go public but missed the
hot IPO wagon train. nCube is run by ORCL's Larry E.

Todate:
Timewarner is using SEAC and CCUR.
Cox is using CCUR.
Cablevision is using SEAC.
AT&T is using Diva.
Charter is using Diva.
