I was late to the party. I started with Windows 3.1.

Computer shows. It seems to me that there were a lot more local radio and TV shows back in the mid to late 90's? That was when the consumer desktop computer market started to really take off.

Most of those shows are long gone. I wonder why? Maybe the fact that a lot of 30 and younger folks grew up with computers in their schools and homes?. Maybe the internet serves the self education better? Maybe PC's are easier to use and more intuitive?

I know locally the TV and radio shows started dying out in the early 2000's. None now. The local newspaper tech columnist was sent packing a few years back.
