No silly. Some people add things up mentally instead of via calculator, or at least can do so in estimate fashion. Therefore, if you scan the table, those are two items which come close to the 14.9 figure. It's not foggy here...but very bright. Anyway, I see this issue has been cleared up now. (you said) Must be foggy in Bellevue: Others will make the interpretation I outlined... Income tax provision part of asset sale benefit? You mean it's no coincidence that $11,000 of withholding equals 500 shares of Atmel, or was that 100 shares of Schwab? Hmmm. Maybe my benefit is not having an IRS lien on my house.
