TORONTO, ONTARIO, DECEMBER 3, 2001 (CCN Newswire via COMTEX) -- JAWZ Inc.
(OTCBB:JAWZE) announces that Thomson Kenaghan and Co. Limited on behalf of
Canadian Advantage Limited Partnership et al. has issued a demand for payment of
its principal amount of US$3,770,000 under its credit facility.

Thomson Kernaghan has also noticed the Company of its intention to enforce
security.
