It is done every day. I worked with a clinic last week that had at least 40 Blue Cross carriers -- one for Arkansas, and the rest for out of state. They see patients with out of state BCBS on a routine basis. And there is no problem with that coverage. They have different plans and programs from the local BCBS, but the policy and benefit limitations that apply are based on the state of origin. You're really all worked up about something that is a minor problem.
