Yes I agree.Was listening to a metals specialist and she seems to think that 350.00us/ounce is near term rather than long term and the rally is sustainable.One of the factors that may fuel this is the anticipated .25 increase in the Fed rate to come.She said that last year the fed rate was taken down .75 to allow Global recovery and now that this is in place the three step .25 increases are what we have seen is the first two steps and Greenspan will announce the third in the next few days.
My take fuddle is that if this rate comes into play the market will react negatively pushing the DOW below the 10,000 level temporairily while at the same time causing a spike in gold or pushing it higher.This will have the effect of slowing down the economy and inflationary fears.
