E. Charters: Is WSP being promoted? If WSP is being promoted which I gather from your dislike for this stock, then where have you heard this stock going to in price. As well, is it not unusual for this issue that they have just put out to be done privately. Would this not indicate that the issue has been only offered to their friends? regards cruncher
