I'm certain it is going to be a proportional response. Computer networks will be compromised and confidential data of Putin and associates is going to become public. You can be pretty sure it is already underway, and will never be acknowledged, like the cyber attack on N Korea.

I think we are going to show Putin that we've got better capabilities, if he wants to play that game, he'd better expect like state sponsored breaches in return.
