Website says: Shares Outstanding [Fully Diluted] 7.7MM w/50% owned by management and employees. At the current price of $.30 they can pick up the entire float (except my shares) (3.8 MM shares) for $1.24 MM. That leaves $750,000 for operating expenses and they can resell the 3.8 MM shares of stock back to the public when we get to $2.00 per share, ok?
