I am just trying to help you. You posted the section numbers of the mine and the mill. I went to the library and pulled the BLM ownership maps. Both sections have mixed ownership with the BLM controlling some of the mineral rights but the State controlling surface rights. If the BLM has surface management rights, Orex will still have to file a reclamation plan and bond with them. According to the BLM, they have to file with the state because it has surface management.

The terms of my PE license only apply when I am working in New Mexico for a client who pays me. I am not licensed to pratice in Arizona and I don't. I also don't have any interest in any claims in Arizona. It might interest you to know that references to kitty litter are a joke. Perlite is used mainly for formed products, horticulture, light weight aggregate and filter aids. Cats don't like it. I have tried it on my own two cats.

Yes, I do work for a private company so there is no reason for us to disclose any reserve information. However, if you will check out other junior mining companies, you will find that disclosure of reserves is their biggest draw. Are you familiar with BREX? Since they muddied up the water so bad, most investors even want to see the reserves of these junior companies confirmed through chain of custody sampling. Log onto any of thier sites and you will see plenty of reserve information. Many of them issue press releases about every new hole that they drill.
