I think this is a total gamble Probably better than 50/50 that the patent does not hold up. However, you never know how these things turn out. If the patent does hold up, the stock value skyrockets... The statement "Don't bet the farm on this one" is literally true for this stock. A 25 percent chance at a 2000 percent return is better odds than you can find in Vegas. GIFT even makes risky BioTech stocks look conservative. Place your bet on the table and see what the court deals you. :-) Good luck, everyone
